Quizás la foto que intentas subir es demasiado grande o pesada ( puede ser), o se deba a que la imagen que tomaste tenga algún problema; si es muy grande o pesada trata de editarla con Photo Shop y la pones en tamaño y calidad que tu creas adecuado.

- Me imagino que si sabes como colocar vuestra foto?
