Heart 1. Added new mobile Turtle:

Heart 2. Added 2 new graphic options: (by player requests)

1. GameEndCounter - to enable/disable the new GP/Gold counter that is shown when a game is over.
2. CamFollowBullets - to enable/disable if the camera will change follow the other flying bullets after the first bullet exploded.
