Should Fox mobile be able to heal himself?

Hmmm, it depends, I haven't tried this mobile yet, so I'm not sure is right now it is very useful, you should test it.

I mean, if right now this mobile is as good as other mobile, you shouldn't, but if not, yeah, this could balanced the game.
